A picture of me and Mika. It's a hard job trying to get a picture of him, he always spoils them by putting his hand over his face or something. This is a picture I took about a month ago, it was after our first whole night together awwww blesssss hehe ;)

Today again the weather has been shite, it was pissing it down at lunchtime when I had to go and buy some lunch :( I have been such a busy bee at work, and so far everything seems to be working, so tonight I am a feeling nice and contented.

It really made me cross, and as per usual the ultra religious were sticking to boot in too. I feel sorry for those who are gay and live in Russia and so glad I live in lovely, liberal England.

Back to work

I'm now back from Manchester, we had a great time. I spent far too much money though :( This time when we caught a much earlier flight which got us into Manchester mid morning, so we had the rest of the day shopping. I was trying to be good but I saw a lovely white shirt, it was 75 quid and then I needed shoes to go with it which was another 50 quid! Now I'm skint and I have no one to blame but myself lol!

It's lunchtime now and I'm gonna eat outside somewhere if it's not too cold and try and do a bit of Spanish which I have been neglecting big time recently.

I had my phone nicked last week too, so no pics from Manchester boohoo ;-(

I've met a new man! He's sweet, lovely and sexy :) He also reads this, so I can't brag any more in case he gets big headed. I'll put some pictures up here soon..., when he lets me take some.

Tomorrow Tim and I are off back to Manchester, tomorrow morning I'm getting up at 4.30am! Right now I'm packing and then I'm off to bed, I'm starting to feel sleepy now which is good, hopefully I'll go off to sleep before midnight so I feel nice and good tomorrow and ready for lots of shopping in Manchester, Friday's gonna be an Aveda and Molton Brown day :)

Pictures from Easter Weekend 

Mini Holiday

Yay! This weekend I am having a mini holiday. I'm going to Manchester, and, very environmentally unfriendly I know, I'm gonna fly there! It costs practically the same as the train but me and Tim decided that it would make a change, and we could have a very relaxed day getting there. So what we're gonna do is drive to Stansted around midmorning, then spend a part of the afternoon there doing some shopping and having a g&t or two. Then it's a 45 min flight to Manchester, we'll then get a taxi to the hotel, I'll have a nice long hot soak in the bath and then we'll be out on the town until the wee small hours....how fab is that!

Over Easter weekend my friend Antonio from Spain came to visit, we spent a few days in London sightseeing and clubbing and also a few days in Cambridge where we did the tours of the colleges. During the evenings we sampled the Cambridge gay bars and on the Saturday night we went around Soho and ended up in G.A.Y. Club where we saw Shayne Ward live....wow!

Better...

Today I returned to work after being off sick on Friday. In fact I was ill for the whole of last week, but I managed to continue going into work until Friday. On Friday I felt like shit. It's ages since I've felt that bad. It was a horrible horrible cold and I'm glad to be over it. I'm still taking it easy though ;) I was meant to do extra work on Sunday, tonight and tomorrow night, but I cancelled. I don't wanna make myself ill again. It's a pity though as the money would be nice.

Tomorrow after work I'm going to Tim's gym with him, it's one of those posh ones, not like my 50-pound-a-year one. It has a swimming pool and a sauna. I'll probably spend most of the time in the sauna...be good to clear up my cold. Then we're going back to Tim's house for food and drinks; Steve has said it will be like a slumber party lol! A slumber party for 30 somethings!!!

This is it lol! The highest waterfall in all of England. Whilst the waterfall is not really breath-taking, the scenary around it is really beautiful even at this time of year. Cold though!

Lottery

I logged onto my National Lottery account last Friday and was surprised to see that I had won £60!! It was from over a year ago and I hadn't logged on since then. Just imagine if I'd won £10,000 or something like that! With some of my winnings I bought a few weeks work of National Lottery and Euromillions tickets. For this Friday the Euromillions jackpot is over £30 million!!!

These last two weeks I have been doing loads of extra work to make sure I have a good holiday in June. This week I have done 4 shifts....4 more days in Gran Canaria lol!

Since I last wrote I have spent a weekend in Manchester. It was my friend Tim's birthday and he wanted to go there for the weekend. We had a really fab time and spent a lot of money. We're planing to go back next month but this time we're gonna fly there (he drove last time), that way it will make it like a little mini holiday.

Next weekend I'm driving to Torquay, it's 240 miles from my house! My friend Antonio from Granada is there for three months. I'm really looking forward to this, it's gonna be a good weekend. I'll take some pictures I hope.

It's almost spring :) 

I got flowers for Valentines!!! Somebody loves meeeeeeeeeeeee!!! 

Although the weather wasn't as hot as I am used to in GC we had a couple of nice days when it felt like in was the British summer. Here's a view looking into the interior of the island. It was the first time I had ever seen it looking slightly green. They have had more rain this year than usual. 

We spent most of the week with these two boys, Joe and Chris. They were lovely!
